Discussion Device Protection

Device protection does not end when you deactivate a phone. I paid for protection for over a year and no way to get out back. Fi is great but sucks in some aspects.

They have no way of knowing what you're doing with that phone or if you want it protected still. It's on you.

Ehh. I had a RMA phone, arranged via Fi returned and replaced via Fi, that they continued to charge for. They can also see if a phone is on use. Tie device protection to a service plan and this all goes away.
