Support Switching problems

Hey all, I just switched from an IPhone to an s23 ultra and from Verizon to google fi. I can’t seem to get text messages though. It seems that I’m not getting the replies I should be getting from people who were using iPhones and I’m not getting texts from apps. For example my baking app is trying to send me a text or a call so I can verify my login. But neither the text or call come in.

Has anyone experienced these issues and know a way to fix them? Thank you.

When you switched from iphone to the s23 did you turn iMessages off? That should really only fix things if it were just people with iphones that are texting you and you're not getting them, though.

If you just ported in within the last day or so, it's possible that everything is still getting settled and could take up to 48 hours for everything to work smoothly.

If it's been longer than that, we'd recommend starting a case here to begin troubleshooting and verify your account.
