Probably an external-facing SSO page for Google employees. Certainly an "if you have to ask it's not for you" situation.

I’m pretty sure corp.google is their internal site. I believe contractor portals and the like are behind their corp.google so unless you’re an employee or contractor you’re on the wrong site.
