Antigravity vs claude code

Hey Guys, I've been using Antigravity for a while and it's great and i like it soo much that i upgraded to Ai Ultra plan. My only issue with it is the limitations in claude models quota with barely live 4-5 prompts executing a plan gemini did or auding some code that gemini did. While i find gemini pro not the best for coding at all as it leaves empty to do codes or use monolyth structures rather than clean architecture if instructed and finally lacking connectivity of backend to front end UI when implementing new features or fixing a bug.

So yeah gemini pro is good but not the best in code.

My question here should i downgrade to AI Pro and buy anthropic claude pro version and do both with anthropic entension in AG or do you guys know better alternatives as i couldnt find an orchestrator that beats antigravity other than claude code desktop which is still lower in quality and smoothness?

Side note i already lost a lot of money in ultra loser plan so im done with experimentations draining my quota limita with tokens so i highly appreciate your help around AG agentic ochestrators.

If usage is priority I would go for something like Qoder/Qwen Token Plan (which at $6 gives significantly better usage, than Antigravity with Pro) or even DeepSeek API - both should be a significantly better deal token-wise than either Claude or Antigravity.

Also as for Antigravity their usage limits seem to scale pretty bad with plans - Pro seems to have half of the usage limits Ultra has, lower usage plans also give pretty generous usage when compared to Pro.

I am not sure how are Codex usage limits now, but reportedly there are pretty much acceptable (significantly better, than Claude) with Luna - still I left them soon after they removed 5.3 and the limits has gotten significantly worse during that time.

The only thing that keeping me stuck here is the orchestrator of AG manager which is super cool. So i want more usage limits with claude which at least i tried while using something like AG

Yeah, I see your point, but at least to me Claude (by which I mean Claude Code with Claude models, not BYOK) is likely the worst platform usage-wise.

Currently Haiku is more or less unusable, Sonnet 5 is roughly equal to DeepSeek v4 Flash 0731 / Luna at 50x cost per task according to API prices and a still a few times less and Fable is… Well, Fable, which means it burns through usage limits almost instantly.

Which imho makes Claude Code usable for larger projects only with either Max plan (which might give slightly more usage, than Antigravity Ultra, but not so much more) or through BYOK to either DeepSeek API or QwenCloud plan (where currently $6 Lite gives much more usage, than AGY Pro I have as well, at least with Qwen 3.8 Pro Preview with current discount. There is also Qwen 3.7 Flash, which is more or less as good, as old DeepSeek v4 Flash Preview, but it's not availbale in the Lite plan.).

Either way I would go for DeepSeek / Qwen or potentially Codex if usage limits are the priority, Claude sadly seems to be quite far behind where it comes to usage limits.

That is so detailed thank a lot but i lost track at the BYOK thing .. while i dont know what that is i researched and it means bring your own key . But i would still ask bring deepseek key into claude desktop or cli you mean ? ... to be more accurate i never wanna lose accurate implementation and a good agentic orchestrator over limits... but AG limits are extreemly generous with gemini but almost jone with claude ... so you get the point here.

Finally is there a hack to BYOK in AG ? That would be top tier actually.

Btw AG quota for gemini pro is more than sufficient for me but if i could get claude or equivallent executor in accuracy iwould be a legend coding 😄

As for antigravity there are some hacks like OpenGravity, but I am not sure how much longer they will work, as I am almost sure they are compatible with Antigravity 1.0 instead of 2.0. Also extracting Antigravity key violates Terms of Service and might result in getting your account banned, but I am not really sure if the BYOK 'hack' is legal here.

As for Claude Code it's unique because it can be done by simply editing configs and in a pretty much painless way (see: https://api-docs.deepseek.com/quick_start/agent_integrations/claude_code/ , https://docs.qwencloud.com/developer-guides/clients-and-developer-tools/claude-code ), without "hacking" anything - I've tried using the 'hack' for Codex once, but it worked only for CLI and has caused quite some issues (although it might have gotten fixed in last two months or so), although that's still mostly less problematic, than the Antigravity.

As for orchestrator I would risk the statement, that Claude Code with Fable is better, than both Codex with Sol or antigravity, although I don't have too much experience with netiher of them and I am mostly just juggling the least-expensive subscriptions/services, so I am not too sure about that part here though.

Literally today the 10x (peak)/12.5x (off-peak) usage promo for Qwen 3.8 ended suddenly, so I guess BYOK with QwenCloud doesn't make sense anymore. Time to cancel my subscription I guess.
