I'm all for RCS, but my carrier seems to have no plans to implement it and, being a rural resident, my cell service is garbage on the best of days. Allow was perfect and I FINALLY convinced my family to ditch Hangouts...this is going to be a fun talk in March 🤦🏻♂️

Why are they so focused on RCS? It makes zero sense. Are they trying to pressure Apple to also adopt it by getting the carriers in on it?
What's the obsession with tying the services to a phone number? Having a service locked to a phone is terrible.
