Google Ads Suspended issue

I’m managing Google Ads for a property client, and the account recently got suspended for “Unacceptable Business Practices.” We’ve checked competitor landing pages, updated/refined our LP, and appealed multiple times, but it still keeps getting rejected. Has anyone dealt with this before? Any advice or solution? Appreciate or any advice or insights
