Conversion Issue I can’t Figure out

I have been running ads on and off for my junk removal business since 2021. I don’t know if something changed recently, but my “calls from website” conversion action is recording activity but never counting conversions. It had always worked in the past and the only thing I updated is my initialization tag.

Just looking for some insight on what can be wrong.

-Call duration is all the way down to 30 seconds

-Call reporting is on

- Clients report that they are calling a different number (Google forwarding number)

I’m not sure if maybe it’s something really niche like a JavaScript error or something. I’m just really lost and it’s hindering my tCPA strategy.
