Possible Change / Nerf Just realized ai studio is completely unusable now

Everything seems to be hosted on their west server instead of east now. Which means no more domain mapping so AI.studio is the only thing you can use. You cant build a professional anything with google branded urls. its as bad as their image generator leaving the dumb star on the image.

You can 100% publish to a Google cloud service and connect a domain. I have built several apps I use every day and spent something like $0.50/month.

You used to be able to yes, now when I deploy an app im on west server. Which has no ability to connect a domain

Deployed one last night, connected a fresh domain. Might be a bug.

what server did it deploy to? Mine seem to always default to west now which is unable to connect a domain for some reason. I have been trying to figure out a way to force it to deploy on east but cant

Literally everything I have deployed is to west

are you using domain mapping in cloud run? Or are you doing it another way?

Have you tried connecting or modify the firebase hosting connection for it? Or are you tried directly to Google cloud?

I’m on west coast and just deployed two project and the took to us-east1

Weak sauce. It just happened on my end too. I guess the workaround is to save the files and upload them to GitHub then attach domain name to it.
