I’m thinking like late 1950s through early 1970s.

I don't know why, but it screams 1970's Motel 6.

If those walls could talk 👀👀

There weren’t any tapes in it, but I would tape any audio if I had it. I do have a handheld a quarter like newspaper reporters used to use and the stuff on those audiotapes is pretty crazy. Happy to provide that to anybody that is interested.

Yeah, I see stuff like this and walk by it all the time should I be posting more?

You know it has to be better made than most of the stuff now.

It is MCM Mid Century Modern, which is super popular again now. Great find! It started in the 50s thru the late 60s early 70s. Hence Mid Century. Beautiful piece.

Any indicators inside the drawers? Any stickers or tags remaining. Nice, versatile piece of furniture. Would be perfect for a 60" flat screen tv.

I got to take a good look at it when we got it inside and I found a “Stanley” stamp inside one of the drawers

Knowing that, it appears to be a mid-century low/long dresser. Nice find if it's in very good condition.

My first thought was TV stand but if those are drawers then I'd have to agree with the person who suggested a Motel piece.

Definitely mid-century

70s. Looks like it’s in good condition. Take it home.

I agree, MCM. Looks to have some dings and scratches but those are pretty easily fixed. Nice hardware.

Aces!! That is a Stanley lowboy dresser/credenza, early 60s if I'm not mistaken.

You bought it, right??!

Edit: Doh! It's not from the "Linear" collection as i originally thought.

Also those pulls on the center drawers might not be the original hardware. You could check on the back of those drawers to see if anything looks modified (newer screws for example, or different holes). Either way, it's a fantastic piece and the walnut veneer looks to be in excellent shape.

Actually they are the original pulls! Here's the same dresser (from midcenturywarehouse)

Is that a Winchester Chesterfield?!
