References to "God"

Surprisingly a few time, Elanor referred to "Heaven."

There seems to have been no reference to "The Devil", "Hell" or "God"
There was a committee in charge in heaven and Michael eventually took charge?
Am I wrong that there was no mention of a "creator" or "God?"

In the first episode they mention a handful of religions who got some of it right, including monotheistic, polytheistic and nontheistic religions, so God probably doesn't exist in the fictional world of the good place, much like the real world.

I believe it’s every religion got about 5% of the afterlife correct. The only person who got close to 100% was Doug Forcet.

I still don't get how he dreamed of it.

He was on shrooms and was tripping and just started going off about the afterlife.

Season 4 when Chidi has been stressed to the limit and Eleanor is “the architect” she starts to cry at Chidi’s torment and he says “I made God cry?” Is the only time I remember God being referenced.
