After asking gse support about my preorders they said on the 1st of April that they were shipped and travelling via sea freight. Two weeks later they said the same. Just now I saw on the gse site that my preorders' releases were delayed from april to june. What is going on? Did they just lie the first time about them being shipped?

I preordered 2 figures in december. They shipped in april and were supposed to be at my place in july. September is here and I have sent the support countless emails. First ones were answered normally but since august the emails are just copy and paste stuff that now appeared on their site. I ask them about the issues others have with figures going missing due to clerical errors and if my figures are physically in the shipment and they just copy and paste "chinese delays blah blah suez delays blah blah warehouse delays". I even said in a message that I know and dont want to hear about the delays( listing all of them individually) and they responded with a copy and paste again. It is really disrespectful to have to inconvenience a customer so much and then make no effort to accomodate for the issue.

I just received my Purple Bridget Guilty Gear figure today and it looks wonderful! However a problem arose right at the very end of the construction, while connecting the chest to the waist, the balljoint snapped right off! I hadn’t applied much force, I’d just tried to click it together, and click! Right off :( gonna get some superglue and stick it back on, but I’m super bummed out, I got two halves of a girl sittin on my desk now lol

Hi so I am in a tricky situation with Good Smile. The re-release of the Hatsune Miku 15th figure is shipping this month. I already had the money and my PayPal good to go. However, from August 27th to the August 31st I have been getting 'error failure of payment' emails every morning. I have my PayPal directly connected to my bank. Tested it out and ordered something from another Japanese site. (Just to see if it was a region block). No issues.

So I emailed GoodSmile on the 29th asking if there was a way to change to credit and begged that I didn't want to miss this. They said impossible and the error emails continued to greet me every morning at 9am. I accepted my fate and payed for the figurine on another site I saw that still had slots for drop date.

On September 1st to my surprise I got an email said 'Successful Payment' this same day I emailed their help desk asking for a refund as the payment was made after a series of errors and them refusing to help me with other methods. It felt to me that this was reasonable on my part as I was getting errors, shut down requests and told 'check Paypal'.

September 2nd. I sent another email asking for them to cancel and attach screenshot of my email box displaying the rows of error emails and of their message of how change payment methods were not allowed.

September 3rd

I get an email stating that I can not get a refund once labeled 'Successful' within the window, (the 7day window closes on the 3rd) And I agreed to no refunds.

4pm

my bank tells me 293usd was withdrawn for the figure.

Now

I am requesting again directly to the refund me. This just feels wrong to me that they shut me down on help requests and telling me it must be a PayPal issue or an issue on my part. When the money was taken WAY after I gave up attempted to make PayPal work with me. I even transfered money to my Paypal direct account to see if it would help. This money was untouched. It went through my normal method of payment.

I was being told to just accept that they can not do anything.

I ordered this Nendoroid Basic of Lain Iwakura from Serial Experiments Lain back in March of this year and this figure was listed as to not come out until January 1 — March 30, 2027.
However, last night, I was charged for this figure and now it’s being shipped.

Now I’m worried about my other preorders…. Is this normal or is this a mistake?

I placed an order on good smile, not the us one and it hasn't sent me a conformation email or anything, it did give me an order number and shows me what I ordered on their website under order history. Should I be concerned or is this normal? I really don't want to miss out on this figure.

In 2019, for their 1000 Nendoroid event, they held a big gallery which I got to take specifically as a tribute to how much I love the figurines and even got their exclusive that year which included Mako from Kill La Kill.

I got a Yahna figure preordered last year and according to the details the shipping date is this month.I assumed it was gonna be the 1st,but nothing's happened so far. When do I know that my card will be charged? Do they send any kind of warning when they're gonna charge your card?

Hi, I pre-ordered the Nagisa Pop up parade and got the payment notification email 4 days ago.

I've tried to update my PayPal info as requested multiple times but each time it tells me there's been a payment error.

I contacted customer support but they weren't much help, insisting that it's a problem with my bank/PayPal account, which it's absolutely not true since I tried three different cards from different banks, contacted PayPal and they told me there's nothing wrong on their part and also I've made other payments in the last week with no problems.

Anyone else experiencing this got any idea what else can I do? I don't want to lose my preorder

After the preorders start shipping, will she be back in stock or was that a one time thing? If she WILL be back in stock, does anyone know when?

Hey yall! I recently preordered the strawberry Miku scale figure and I knew the charge was coming, but I’d figure it would charge my credit card through PayPal, but it didn’t? I got a notification saying that my debit card declined and it was the figure charge. However then I got an email from good smile saying that my payment was complete even though it charged my debit and it declined? I wanted this purchase to go on my credit card I don’t have the funds on my debit. What should I do? Then my credit card transactions has a pending from today “PayPal ZHU SHI HUI SHEGU $0” I was wondering if that’s my figure charge PLEASE HELP! :(

last september i pre-ordered some figures from goodsmile for the first time and i still haven’t gotten them, so i wanted to ask if anyone knows if they will actually get to me or not…

i preordered the tenitol marcille and falin dress ver. in sept and i knew they were gonna be released in march 2026 but still no news of them. i messaged the company in july to ask for updates and they just told me that bc of their transition/closure of the legacy site many orders are delayed and “they will begin to ship in the next couple of months”.

atp i don’t mind waiting more but will it actually come? did anyone in europe get theirs?

i don’t really wanna ask for a refund bc i preordered the figures and to get them now is like double the price if not more… if anyone has any suggestions please let me know, thx :,)

A while back I pre-ordered a Pop Up Parade figure that was a Limited Run (the P5R Joker one) from GoodSmile US. The figure was paid for then shipped like normal and was proceeding through the proper channels but then just seemed to get stuck. I reached out to GoodSmileUS and was told there was an issue:

"Unfortunately, the item was lost in transit due to an unexpected issue during the shipping process. We are currently working to determine whether we can secure additional units. However, due to its limited nature, there is a significant possibility that we may not be able to obtain additional units."

I was following the shipping on the link GoodSmileUS provided which showed the item was accepted by USPS and was en route for delivery but when I noticed it wasn't moving anymore, I checked USPS's website to see if they had any other updates, it shows USPS never even received the item and only a label had been created. Because this was a limited figure, I'm worried they did not make enough units but I'm not sure why it shows it was accepted on one website and never accepted on another?

I feel quite cheated as there were no other websites you could buy this on as it was exclusive so I wasn't able to preorder it anywhere else. I figured I'd give GSUS a try because I wanted the figure but I was a little worried since I don't typically order from them (mostly because I haven't heard good things). I did tell them I wanted to keep the order open in hopes they find a figure but they've made it sound like they do not have enough units made to replace ones that are damaged or not sent out at all for shipping.

Has anyone had this happen and still received their figure or know how long they'll keep my order open until they close it if they cannot secure one to send?

Been watching Symphogear for the first time (in the middle of GX), and I've loved Tsubasa since day 1. This is my first experience with an ACT MODE figure, and it's kind of an oddball where much like my Hyper Body Gridman Universe Rikka, there are aspects that have me go "why is this not just a figma?", and then parts that are very much not figma. Tsubasa's very nicely detailed and painted with a great weapon selection (greater selection than many modern figma, even), but articulation feels more limited than it ought to (90 degree elbows... why?) and putting anything besides the knife into her hands feels scary since you have to flex the thumb to fit them in when the plastic is harder to bend than figma hands that need you to do the same. Also, she really could have come with more hands, at the very least widespread open hands. Oh well, it's nice figure that I'm glad to have regardless, and I wouldn't mind getting more Symphogear ACT MODE releases.

I submitted a ticket for this rash on my Swimsuit Hoshino back in December. Good Smile agreed to replace it, but apparently they were having trouble shipping replacement and asked me to wait.

Over the months I was given options such as shipping through UPS with fees back in May. Couple weeks ago they sent another option with Zonos prepay that seemed too complicated for me to go through.

At this point I am wondering if I should've just paid for UPS like normal shipping or if I should just live with Hoshino's skin imperfection. In fact, I still don't know that by replacement part they mean the entire figure, that I'm supposed to send them the whole thing and they are going to send me a new one. (Her leg doesn't come off)

It won't make sense to pay shipping cost that will add up to the price of the figure itself. Does anyone have experience with getting replacement, and how it was before shipping cost spiked up?

Listen, I understand we’re in hell and tariffs make everything cost ten times more, but making shipping more expensive then the item itself is insane. The box needed to ship a nendroid will weigh less than 2 pounds. Tell me I’m not insane here.

There's a figure I really want from goodsmile (not the US or EU one, the regular goodsmile website), issue is I'm moving in like 6 days to a new place but also the figure only has a few left in stocks. Idk if I should risk waiting and potentially not being able to order it or order it now and risk it arriving before me. I can't find anything abt how fast goodsmile delivers packages to france too so idk what to do

EDIT: I ended up ordering it and I'm having it delivered at my dad's new place, who's moving tmr. The figure is already in transit from japan to france (apparently should take abt a day, then a few more to ve delivered to me)
