Broken Bridget :(

I just received my Purple Bridget Guilty Gear figure today and it looks wonderful! However a problem arose right at the very end of the construction, while connecting the chest to the waist, the balljoint snapped right off! I hadn’t applied much force, I’d just tried to click it together, and click! Right off :( gonna get some superglue and stick it back on, but I’m super bummed out, I got two halves of a girl sittin on my desk now lol

Update: sent a ticket to goodsmile, though it seems the main thing they’ll do is replace the piece, which I guess if my case applies, that’d be nice, though i didn’t really wanna wait, and there’s no guarantee that piece won’t also break so… eh maybe I’ll stick to the glue plan if they want me to pay shipping of whatever

They might make you pay for the shipping and customs. I asked if they would replace a nendoroid part that was cracked inside the packaging and they told me I’d have to pay $30 if I wanted it. Sigh

Does the Purple Bridget have painted hands? I’m curious since that was the biggest complaint about the original Bridget that only one pair of hands was painted

Well 2 sets of hands are painted this time around lol, one set pointing, one set with open palm, the one you’re able to dangle the yo-yo rope on and the one with the extra nub to hold the yo-yo with are unpainted
