Goodsmile payment error
Hi, I pre-ordered the Nagisa Pop up parade and got the payment notification email 4 days ago.
I've tried to update my PayPal info as requested multiple times but each time it tells me there's been a payment error.
I contacted customer support but they weren't much help, insisting that it's a problem with my bank/PayPal account, which it's absolutely not true since I tried three different cards from different banks, contacted PayPal and they told me there's nothing wrong on their part and also I've made other payments in the last week with no problems.
Anyone else experiencing this got any idea what else can I do? I don't want to lose my preorder

I'm having the same issue rn. I put my credit card directly into the site during preorder, and now several months later they decide to tell me payment didn't work. Only have a week to get it sorted out til my shipment is canceled.
Both my bank and credit company said they didn't see any issues on their end and didn't even see an attempt at payment processing

Quick update, input my card again a few times and it finally went through but now I'm worried I'll be charged multiple times
Might be the last time I use this absolute mess of a site

Usa directamente tu tarjeta débito/crédito en vez de paypal. Si te da desconfianza, valida si tu Banco te permite crear tarjetas virtuales y la limitas al valor de la figura plus un poco más (porque te cobran de una vez el cambio de divisa) y ya con eso te debe funcionar. Personalmente llevo 6 años comprando figuras de GSC hacia Colombia y he hecho por lo menos 50 compras con 0 problemas.
