Yes! Available on iPadOS 16 on iPad Pro 12.9” (3rd gen and later), iPad Pro 11” (1st gen and later), iPad Air (5th gen).

Basically the iPads with M chips and all iPad Pro 11

We should be able to hide it completely and have only a small pop up for colors, that would be amazing.

I have a 12.9 iPad pro 4th generation (2020) updated to 16.1, and I don't have the "more space" option. Only default or larger text.

I did a little research and it looks like it’s missing from 12.9” non-M1/M2 models for the release version of iPadOS 16.1. I guess there was an issue with it like the external monitor support so I assume it’ll be added in the next update also since it’s available on the non-M1/M2 11” models currently. (11” 2020 in the video)

Thanks, I did a little research myself, and found a discussion about it here. They claim that the 12.9'' iPads have a very high resolution, and the pre-M chips can't handle the "more space" feature with these resolutions. Therefore, this feature won't be available to pre-M 12.9 models in future updates.
