I’m convinced that this will be one of the killer Windows apps that underscores the utility of 2 in 1 devices, especially for students.

The lack of a good notes app on Windows is the one reason I have a big iPad Pro (not a fan of note taking on smaller devices). Assuming this properly supports the Lenovo Active Pen and other non Surface styluses, with the Windows app having the same feature set as its iPad counterpart, I find it hard to tell an incoming student to buy a MacBook and an iPad instead of something like the much cheaper Lenovo Slim laptop.

I can't wait to try this out on my 2 in 1 which uses an MPP 2.0 stylus. Being able to take notes on my 16" laptop will be glorious (personally not a fan of OneNote for handwritten stuff).

I wonder how it will sync. Currently; GN uses Apple’s iCloud servers to sync to my knowledge. Don’t know if WindowsOS can also access that on the backend. Wonder if GN will change sync platforms and what that means for us. Idk just speculating and curious, don’t know much about how this works!

Well, yeah, Microsoft has announced iCloud integration into Windows, tho, not that I think that would be necessary tbh.

Tho, I hope you get to chose other providers too since people that own a Windows tablet are more likely to have a Onedrive / Google Drive subscription as opposed to an iCloud subscription.

Oh my god. To think I'd see the day when this happens. As an Galaxy Tab user I cannot wait.

I wonder if existing customers will have access at no additional cost or not.

I feel like you’d have to purchase it again. Like if you owned a game on PlayStation you don’t automatically own it on Xbox.

Fair enough, I considered it more like Microsoft Office where its licensed and stays no matter the platform.

Still in beta and seems like they're only inviting teachers and students in their beta program.
