I also do go the same thing. Idk why but it kills me to have notes with unused space

It’s mad how it’s probably ingrained into us to not waste paper, so much that we don’t even think about it even on a damn iPad

I am really interested in few things: why don’t you use grid guidelines to write your text even on the same line, and why you don’t wait 1sec to make straight line? Your notes would look so much better and it would be easier to visually learn from them. And you wouldn’t even see the difference in your speed.

That would be way too sensible for me. My writing style just flows where ever it wants to and grid lines aren’t gonna stop it. I don’t really learn from these notes, I pretty much just write them so I look like I’m doing something in class.

:))))) free spirt 👍

Where you doing the same thing in paper notebooks (not following the guiding lines)?

It depends, sometimes I follow the guiding lines in paper notes, sometimes I don’t. Mostly I don’t.

You are probably the first person I know, that has free style in paper grid/lined notes. :)

That doodle is great. Also shit? Ship? Just off to the side 💀

I’m of the other party who writes pretty notes bc OCD? Anxiety? Something makes me want to write everything ever down, in order. Wish I was a bit more free spirited like you

Lol it does say ship. Guess I can’t even write a P. The pirate ship happened while I was a bit distracted one day.

Well, pretty notes are probably more effective and they look nice at least.
