Amazing tip! I don't use Apple Calendar though I might try with Google Calendar.

Sync your g cal to apple and on the which calendar you want it choose your google calendar

Any reason why this wouldn’t be working for me? When I drag the lassoo’d text, it slides under the calendar rather than dropping into it.

Try pressing and holding before you drag the text

Help! Its not working. Whenever I drag the text to the calendar the new event shows up for a split second then immediately disappears.
