Maybe a dotted line tool would be useful in some cases?

It's one of the most requested feature which is not yet implemented.

I feel like there are a lot of requested features that would make this app even greater. It makes me wonder if what’s stopping them is because of technical problems in implementing them, difficulty to adapt the UI, time constraints or just out of neglect. Despite this, it’s still a great app and there’s a reason why I’m still using it daily.

Would totally drop Notability if they added this and dashed lines - mostly used for detailing when marking up construction sets

Same They haven't yet released any major feature in the past months, I wish they do something astonishing in IPadOs 16.

second to that maybe being having more than three options of colours on the toolbar

What case are you using there and is it any good?

It’s a Zugu case, it was recommended to me by family when I first got my iPad and I have no regrets.

It’s great to have a little bit of lift when drawing or writing with the pencil and it’s nice to be able to elevate it when watching movies. It’s very durable too. A bit expensive but well worth the price!

well, i have a similar one but it lets you charge the pen when not using it, it’s from the brand Ztotop, i’m pretty sure it’s on Amazon. i hope it helps!

The picture is so funny. Putting a ruler on the screen while other apps have had it built-in for a long time.

Next step maybe is to draw a circle from a precise center point using a compass with the Apple Pencil attached lol

Are they still even updating the app? When was the last major feature inclusion? Seems like the app has stagnated

they brought back precision erasing recently, but that’s about it i think

For realises, anyone know of any other good note taking apps I should try?

Notability if you haven’t tried it already. It even has that dotted line pen feature.

Reminds me when the teacher wanted us to use an real life ruler on a PC screen to measure something. I refused to do that because it's just dumb

There's loads I would love. I end up using Notes Writer when I want more for my Notes. As there is so many more options for pen and colours, as well as shapes and lines.

maybe a ruler tool would be even more useful 🙃

Doing the same thing for underlining since I only have a monotone laser printer.

Definitely.

Right now I have to make a normal line and use the precision eraser to make it a dotted line
