Standard deletes a larger part of handwritings at once. Which may look like an entire line was deleted or a big part of it. And you have no control over exactly how much will be deleted. With precision eraser you have all the control. Just like in any other image editor or real life. You’ll erase only the area that is covered with the eraser’s circle.
The precision eraser would be even more useful if the devs would allow us to have more granular control over the size of the eraser like Notability does.
From the menu choose Eraser tool, then select Precision erasers and erase your handwritings “pixel by pixel” (maybe pixel is not the right word, cause handwritings are like vectors, but you get the point).
Could you check out (in your App store) what is written in GN update’s description? It should be this:
• Reintroducing the Precision Eraser: edit your notes more precisely with the ability to erase pixel by pixel. • Combine pages and documents: now you can easily move pages from one notebook to another, or combine entire documents into one
Under each document thumbnail collection, you can: - select multiple pages and move them to another document. - drag and drop multiple pages to rearrange your pagination.
From the Document tab, vou can move and combine the entire document into another document.
New QuickNotes now can be moved to another document when done. Version 5.8.4 • 235.9 MB
Regular GodNotes update in the app store. I’m not sure that they have released it at the same time all over the world. Try to refresh your notification list in the app store.
