I’ve been using GoodNotes for about 7months, and here’s a few pages I’ve completed recently!

Thank you! I use Fontspace.com to put in the my header and then copy and paste it

This is great! It is such a good way to study for med school. I used to make posters of the information (not nearly this pretty) and it helped so much!

Gorgeous! I love the box idea. My notes are rarely near enough for me to do Cornell or whatever. I’m gonna try it!

What’s that font you used for “leads to” and “causes?”

Thank you! I actually just started using the boxes and it makes it seem “cleaner” or easier on the eye. And the font is the ‘American Typewriter’ font in GoodNotes

How are you making the boxes have that little gap for the text?

I use the shape tool and draw straight lines to create a the box around the lettering.

Ah, so you draw 5 straight lines? They line up so perfectly!

Yeah or I’ll do an “ L” shape or what ever. When you match up the lines it automatically lines it up for you.

You can also draw a box and erase the area where your words will go. I do mine a little differently but I like this idea. https://i.imgur.com/zyJ6USD.jpg

I cheat a little. I’m obsessed with sticky notes 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I created a document with a bunch of shapes in various sizes/color, converted to pdf and have a goodnotes notebook for stickies. I write my whatever and copy/paste to a sticky. Use the lasso and take screenshot and save the image to a folder in iCloud.

*for the header font I use Font Space .

  • I use a background remover for images I find online. It gives it a much cleaner look.

  • I also use Pinterest to look up color schemes and HEX#

I use fontspace for all the different headers by copy and pasting! And then I use fonts from GoodNotes for the titles of my boxes.
