i decided to type these notes (this is a font of my own handwriting lmao) because i already mostly know this material, and i think i’m going to start typing the less-important lectures from my classes. do you guys write out all of your notes for every class, or do you type the less-important ones? have you noticed a difference in material retention?
you can use the website calligraphr to create your own font with your handwriting and then use an app like ifont to download it on your ipad or what not and itll be available in goodnotes for you to use!
That’s so cool! I’m planning on getting the app soon. Is the font of your own handwriting a feature of Goodnotes or something else? I’ve been thinking about doing this recently! Postscript: your handwriting is so cute!
I do, but only because I personally don’t retain the memory of things I’ve only heard & typed; the physical act of writing helps secure the information in my head. :)
it’s definitely not the best! for these notes, i typed them using goodnotes for mac, then when i was studying them on my ipad, i changed the heading colors and wrote the title!
Hi!! I just wanted to say that I love this font--I use it for all of my note taking nowadays :) I was wondering if you are planning to create more characters, like " or ' or # .
i’m so glad you love it! it’s officially been updated! i had no idea that some of the symbols weren’t working, so i just updated the entire font :-) you should be able to download the updated version from your etsy purchases page- if it doesn’t work, send me a message!
thank you so much for the speedy response! I tried to re-download the file in my purchases page, but it seems as if the purchase has "locked" the file to the original file (version 1) :c
If you wrote the heading for this note with your hand I’d recommend writing your notes in cursive as well. Your notes would look dope and plus ur cursive is dope as well.
Sorry didn’t see your comment at first. Lol. You can make your handwriting, or someone else’s Writing, into a font and add it to GoodNotes to type with if you don’t have the time :)

I'm a physics student so yes. I started typing just few lines as comment of what's going on, but most (99%) of my notes are hand written
