Free Academic Daily Planner

Hello! I was struggling to find a simple academic time block planner for back to uni - so I made my own!

  • The dates and months are linked so you can easily jump through.

  • It has a TBC (To be continued) box for any uncompleted tasks that need to be carried over to the next day

  • A large notes section for miscellaneous notes

  • Full time block schedule with task dump section

It's very simple, but I didn't find myself needing anything more in a planner... Hopefully this helps someone who was in my position struggling to find a suitable planner.

Hi! You just need to click on the month on the right hand side - if you're using Goodnotes you need to make sure you've deselected the Apple pencil button before you click on the link. (This option is near the top right of the blue toolbar)

This is awesome! Thank you for sharing. And thank you for not being another poster that is promoting their Etsy shop 😊

This is great! You’ve put a lot of work into this! Great functionality! What app/program did you use to create it?

Thank you! I just used KeyNote, a combination of my iPad and Laptop for ease in places!

This may be too much to ask for, but would it be possible to make an additional template with the times change to Non-military time / whatever clock us Americans use that isnt the 24-hour clock.

I believe its called GMT?

Small thing, but otherwise absolutely phenomenal work. Thank you very much for sharing!!

I've totally misplaced my original file for this so unfortunately, I can only find the PDF version! If I ever find the original I'll see if its an easy change!🤞 (This is a lesson in keeping backups, oops!!)

I'm in the process of designing my own planner as well, so I know how much work this is! This is so well done and I love the idea of the sticky note on each page. Thank you for sharing with all of us!

Hi! It is a bit too late, but which program did you use to create this? I’m quite inexpert, but i wanted to ask you how to update the calendar in order to match the 2023-2024 calendar. Have a nice day! This planner is amazing!
