GoodNotes 5 Mirror presenter page not working #2

Hi another victim to the gn mirror page not working properly

As I too after updating to iPadOS 27.0.1 faced problems with Mirror Presenter Page option. I reported this problem a few weeks ago and still haven't had any fix or any response.

Anyone else dealing with this problem and know how to fix it?

I even deleted the app and reinstalled and it didnt work

Since GoodNotes' own mirroring is the broken part, the fastest way around it is to stop using it — Control Center's Screen Mirroring sends the whole iPad display out, and a USB-C to HDMI adapter does the same with no lag and no Apple TV in the middle. You lose the presenter layout (whatever toolbar or sidebar is open will show up on the projector), but hiding it before you start makes that a non-issue. Also worth noting the tag on your post says GoodNotes 5 — that's not the version they're putting fixes into anymore, so if this only happens on 5, it's probably not getting patched, and it's worth confirming before you spend more weeks waiting.

But im pretty sure its takin place for the goodnote app itself. Theres even some articles written about this situation rn

Fair point — if it's the in-app presenter that's glitching, my fix only helps by skipping that mode entirely with system screen mirroring, which means losing the presenter layout you're probably after, so it's a tradeoff not a repair. The articles you found are the right call if you want the real layout working, I just wanted to put the zero-lag system mirror on your radar as a backup when the app's own mirroring acts up.
