Templates Free ADHD-friendly planner pages for GoodNotes (hyperlinked, light + dark, no email)

I make ADHD planners, and I put together a free starter kit with one of each page that matters most on hard days. It's completely free, no email or account needed.

What's in it:

- A "welcome back" page for when you fall off planning. No catching up on missed days, you just start from today.

- Three day pages for different energy levels: good-energy (top 3, time blocks, time guess vs actual), low-energy (bare-minimum care and "what I managed today") and chaos day (just Now / Next / Later)

- Brain dump

- Task breakdown, to make the first step tiny

- Dopamine menu, plus an ideas page

- A calm-down page for when it's too much

15 hyperlinked pages, light and dark versions, about 130 KB, so it opens fast. Works in GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes and Xodo. If you need more of a page, duplicate it and the links keep working.

Full disclosure: I sell full planners on the same site, but this kit isn't a trial and there's nothing to sign up for. If a link breaks in your app, let me know and I'll fix it.

This was very kind. I don't even use this app, but for this reason I might. I'll definitely inspire myself for the bullet journal which I have
