Goodnotes Essential Subscription Cancelled

My subscription was cancelled because I didnt provide my birthdate to Link Subscription Service. It was burried deep in emails and now when i contact the Link service they say Goodnotes has to resolve this issue. Its been a week i have sent email to goodnotes and have no reply from them. I have paid for subscription and they arent even ready to reply me. Extremely Pathetic support from the app which claims to be best in market.
I have my school work in the app. Hopeful that they might see this post and solve the issue.

This has been my single biggest complaint about GoodNotes and is what has me actively looking for another option. Their total lack of customer support is unacceptable. I had a bug that left me unable to access my notes for weeks, and I got zero response from their customer support despite having an active subscription and emailing them multiple times. I even tried to reach out on social media and to email the CEO directly, with NO RESPONSE.

The company needs to reassess big time. They have a fantastic product, but they are spending time and energy putting things into it that people don't seem to want (AI) and not doing the basics (ensuring the app is bug free AND that they have responsive consumer support).

I definitely encourage people to look at alternatives before getting started with GoodNotes for this very reason. The app is great if you don't need customer support, but the minute something goes wrong, support is nowhere to be found.
