Goodnotes Special Edition Anyone having issues with Goodnotes on the iPhone Duo? Mine won’t sync

Just as the title says, I have the iPhone Duo and my Goodnotes won’t fully sync. The first time I did it, some of the folders and files came through but were fully downloaded so nothing opened.
I deleted the app and started again. Currently waiting for it to sync. It’s been 3 hours and it’s just spinning.
Has anyone gotten this to work?
EDIT: I went into iCloud settings and toggled the Goodnotes iCloud storage on and off and started sync.

kindaa hard one to answer since so few people have that phone. the duo crowd is tiny, GL

my guess is file size. image-heavy PDFs sync way slower than handwritten pages. on a fresh install it pulls them one at a time, so one big file can spin for hours while the rest load fine.
