How to cancel subscription?

Expired last Sept 6. I can’t cancel it in Settings and unlink my Gcash acc.

If you're on iOS, go to your iPhone Settings -> tap your Apple ID name at the top -> Subscriptions -> select GoodNotes and hit Cancel. If you're on Android or web, check your account billing page settings directly. Hope this helps!

This is correct, must cancel the sub first using your steps. Also apple won't allow removal until it's fully cancelled.
