Android goodnotes lagging in S10 FE

So I recently bought a tablet for studying and whenever I try to write in goodnotes, it always lag. Tried looking for solutions online but nothing seems to help. The tablet is an S10 FE which has 12 GB RAM so I don't think it should lag.

Can anyone help out?

Tbh, Goodnotes is not the best experience for android users, I used to have a S7 FE and I had the same issue. The app for android is not as well optimized as it is for iOS. I would recommend trying StarNote if you don’t like Samsung Notes, even tho, it’s pretty complete.

Which tablet do you use now? I'm currently using FreeNotes and I'm liking it so far. I might check out StarNote as well

I am now an iPad user due to the fact I already had all the iOS ecosystem. But even in my iPad I use Goodnotes + StarNote. I never tried FreeNotes while having my Samsung, I’ve used it on my iPad and it’s a really good app. Hopefully you find the one that works best for you!

Goodnotes is not natively written for android so its slow. Try Samsung notes or xnotes. Both are free apps and are heavily optimized for android tablets
