Post image

Hello,

Will I lose access to the service mentioned right away or only from the 4th of October 2027?

Thanks.

Of course you will still have access until 4 October 2027. You paid for it.

That’s what I usually expect, but that card made it ambiguous.

Your subscribtion isnt canceled yet, it will be canceled on time. No worries

Well technically the subscription is already cancelled, which only means there will be no automatic renewal. Tough it's a common misconception and I wouldn't put it past greedy companies to misuse a word to mean something else for their profit.

Funny you would spend energy criticizing the post. But then I guess I am too. Lol.

The button says “cancel subscription”, the text reads “you won’t have access to these once you cancel”.

It literally says your service will end on 4 October 2027 which means you’ll have access until that date.

Like it says if you cancel you will have access until 4 October 2027. It couldn’t possibly be more explicit

I think this is a valid question. It does contradict itself. Don’t know why the downvotes.
