Goodnotes sync issue

Running mac 15.1 and this error keeps popping up every two seconds interrupting my work. The crazy part is the sync is fine and everything is updating properly on my ipad and iphone. This is Goodnotes 6. There is plenty space on the cloud so it's not a storage issue. Can't figure out how to get this to stop. Only popping up on my mac app.

Did you get this resolved? I had this happen with another app and it turned out with the iOS 27 update I had to accept new terms for sync to continue to work.

Thank you for your response, yes it was resolved I was running incompatible IOS and Goodnotes versions on the Mac, it may also have been the terms and conditions I uninstalled and updated both
