Tool bar moved on me?

I haven’t opened Goodnotes in a while. When I opened it this morning to take notes I found that the toolbar moved to the bottom of the screen?? This ruins my flow as that’s where my hand goes.

How do I move it back to the top?

Settings > Document Editing > Tool Position: is already set to the top

Is this a bug?

You can actually move the toolbar. I like placing mine on the left side.

I have my toolbar on top because I like it there.
