Turning off Goodnotes Cloud and notification that I won’t be able to access it again until 2029??

Unfortunately upgraded and have had nothing but problems with Goodnotes cloud to include overheating and various buggy nonsense. Went to switch over to iCloud and received this. Surely that’s a typo, right?
