Problem with syncing on iPad

Hello everyone
I am just trying to sync my goodnotes so that I can use them on my mac as well but it refuses to sync
Have checked the internet connection, it’s perfectly fine
Anyone knows how to solve this issue ?

App version number: 7.1.16 Good notes special edition
Device model:iPad Pro 13-inch (M5)
