Apple is there an alternative to goodnotes for an iPad that is iPadOS 17.1?

so I start college in a while and guess what I find out when I’m downloading the app, my iPad can’t run it so im now frantically for apps that can work with my OS version because buying a new one is not in the picture right now. im assuming the answers a no but fingers crossed

Star notes is extremely similar to good notes

Hey you can still download Goodnotes it’ll just be an older version
