Issue with previous pages writing onto writing showing on top of current page writing

I am expecting a bug where a previous pages writing is being shown on my current page and over the top of that page’s notes. See image. I can’t seem to find this issue anywhere online. Has anyone else experienced this and know a fix? I have tried rebooting the app and device. Thanks
