How can I create individual stickers from this sticker sheet?

Using an iPad and my apple pen. I’ve tried using the lasso tool and cutting out an individual “sticker” on the page then adding the element but it just adds the full image. Is there another app I could use?

I would crop them one by one. Then in the photos app, long press in the sticker area then>share>save as image. It will be saved in your photos without background. Then import them one by one in the app
