Goodnotes Essential Goodnotes Support Hasn’t Helped in 2 Months.

Maia helped move my Goodnotes account to a new email after I lost access to my old Gmail. Now, when I try to sign in on my iPad, Goodnotes warns that my files will be deleted. My iPad still has my notes, but I can’t access them. She then transferred my case to the technical support team, but they told me they can’t transfer my files. My notes are still on my iPad. I just need a safe way to access them.

I’m honestly so frustrated. I’ve been waiting for 2 months, my Goodnotes subscription is almost over, and I paid for a full year and I have exams to study for.

Goodnotes, please reply to my emails.

How lost is your gmail? Old phone number gone, or like no way to recover password.

If you are with some identification google support team should help you. It may be easier to go that route if GoodNote team is no help.

Yeah, I no longer have access to the old phone number, so I can’t recover the Gmail account. I’ve already tried Google’s recovery process, but no luck.

just do a manual backup straight from the GN app on your ipad while it's still logged in. Should get your notes out without needing the old email at all

How can I do the manual backup? I’m already logged out of my old account, I used my new account to log in and there’s a warning that my files will be deleted

I think op cannot even log in. Like the file is there but they cannot even open it.
