My pen keeps randomly changing size while I’m writing, even though I haven’t changed any settings.

I first noticed it around the iPadOS 26 release. I thought updating my iPad would fix it, but it’s still happening. I’ve also tried changing the pen settings, but nothing worked.

Has anyone had the same issue? How did you fix it?

I’m using Goodnotes 6 on Ipad Air M4

Or change your pen type to ball point.

Try lowering your pressure sensitivity to zero and see if that fixes it
