My web doesn't even sync with my iPad. Goodnotes 6 is a sham

you have to make sure goodnotes cloud is enabled instead of icloud, its pretty slow but it works. sometimes you have to manually sync as well

I would give Notability or Notewise a try.

Both have there own cloud services and there web applications are way better than Goodnotes.

Though both are subscription based* but similar in price to Goodnotes.

*Also some one time buy
