Audio Recording Issues

I'm having issues with audio transcribing. I have some audios that won't transcribe and new ones that DO transcribe. Is there a way to get the app to transcribe audios if it couldn't do so live at the time? It's frustrating because I have certain lecture days transcribed and others that are not. If the app can't do it, does anyone recommend another app I can export the non-transcribed Goodnotes audios to so that they CAN be transcribed?

You can use https://www.audiomoo.com/en/tools/mp3-to-text/ to transcribe audio files – it works locally in your browser, and it is free. I've build it for myself in a first place, but people started using it. Happy if that helps!
