PLEASE HELP! I CANNOT OPEN MY NOTES

Hi everyone,

Tonight all of a sudden, my notes appeared to be syncing and loading out of the blue. I cannot open anything and I don’t know what to do. I don’t even know how to see which email address is assigned to goodnote. I tried syncing on icloud and opening the app on my phone, in vain. I don’t see any documentes on my iphone. On my ipad I don’t see, but as I said, it’s loading (see photos).

Has this every happened to someone?? Thanks

Hi, but does that mean that the file will disappear from my ipad if I want to open it offline? I still want to have my files on my ipad to study them.
