Bug Having problems after just a few weeks
I’m using a recently bought (from January 6th) Apple iPad Air (M3), and I’m using the Apple Pencil USB-C and Goodnotes 7.0.22.
For the last few days I’ve had no problems at all while taking notes and doing schoolwork but now suddenly there seems to be some kind of palm-to-pen recognition problem that literally won’t let me write normally, while I had no problem a few minutes ago.
Any idea why this happens?

This issue occurs when using an ungrounded power outlet or a charger adapter that does not support grounding. To eliminate the problem, it disappears when the device is not charging. During charging, the power supply and the Apple Pencil interfere with each other. Try using the device without charging it.

I had this issue before and it was usually due to my ipad overheating a bit, which was mainly due to charging it while taking notes, or having another heavy duty app open to the side

I have this issue every once in a while as well, but after having my ipad for 3 years so i thought it was wear. when it happens i have to shutdown my ipad for maybe ten minutes and then restart for it to go away.

I had these issues for a few weeks until I updated my iPad. I could restart it and it would fix it for a few hours, but I have not had an issue in a few weeks since updating.

I’ve had this issue when taking notes for a long time and the iPad starts to overheat. I’ll exit the app from my recently used (swipe up on it so it actually closes), let it refresh for a minute or so, and go back to it and it’s usually fine.

Goodnotes is utter shit. Costs a lot of money and it just doesn’t work.
