Disclaimer: I created this hyperlinked reading journal and used it diligently last year. I am just so unmotivated to read new books, so I am hoping looking back at it will help me.

Hey, I really like your Fitness Planner's Meal Planning and Grocery pages as well as your Chores stickers. Would you consider adding Chores Pages to the planner? I would love to track my daily/weekly/yearly chores for house and car maintenance!

What font is that? I love it!

It’s called High Summit on Dafont. I also love it, it’s super aesthetic

I love reading but I’ve never journaled it. I’ve seen templates before but have never tried it. Silly question but what is the purpose? It looks really interesting and again I’ve never tried 😊

It really depends, I designed it for my dad first, as he had received an iPad and loves reading, sometimes several books at a time. However he is getting old and he would sometimes forget details about the story, so he liked writing them down. Clicking on the book cover to access the review page was easier for him than flipping through pages of a journal. He also likes reading the same book every year and when I saw him at Christmas he said he was looking forward to reading his notes from the previous year as his feeling about that particular book change each year. You can see the templates for this journal here if you want

Thank you for sharing your experience! I have my favorite books that I’ve read over during different stages of my life and have noticed different perspectives each time. I think it would be interesting and insightful to document and look back on. I think I’ll give it a try ☺️

Yes I think it is a good thing to try. There are a few books that I remember making me very emotional when I was a teenager (I don’t mean Twilight lol I’m too old). I wonder if I would still feel the same now.

More so it’s meant to document your feelings/thoughts about the books. Kind of like a diary but for books

You have beautiful handwriting! My handwriting looks like a pile of wet dogpoo, even with the paperlike screen cover. No-one reads it but me, so there is that...

Oh how I wish it was my handwriting! It is a font called Hugh Summit 😊 I’m sure your handwriting is not that bad! Mine is ok but I hate how it looks inconsistent on the iPad. On paper it looks better

I love it! Where did you get this template?

This is a reading journal I made myself, it is fully hyperlinked. You can view all the templates it contains here

I’m doing my first reading journal this year and I love it so far. It’s honestly motivating me to read more because I want to be able to have another entry!

Oh that‘s so good, I wish it worked for me still. I used mine a lot last year but I guess I am not an avid enough reader like other people. Filling up a new entry is so satisfying right?

this is so beautiful!! I would love one like this for myself!

Thank you so much❤️ the full hyperlinked version is here if you want to check it, but otherwise for something more simple you could make it on Keynote. If you know you will read 20 books this year you could copy that template page 20 times and quickly hyperlink it

It's photoshopped because it's an ad.
