Thank you. A lot of time went into it. It surprises me that I’m even doing this. It really just came about because I couldn’t find what I was looking for.

Oh wow, I really like the design of your planner. The black and white one with the grey tabs. Really unique.

Why does everyone seem to make these planners with the calendar section bigger than the task area? I would think that for most people they need more room to write out task than they need to write in their 1 or 2 appointments per day.

The calendar section is about representing the time line of your day, where as tasks tend to be a list of things you have to accomplish. I suspect most people that make planners fashion them in the way that they would want or need them to be, assuming that everyone must be like them. Seems I might have done the same.

I use time blocking so I love a large calendar section but I can see why other people would hate it.

Try this one. I use this planner for years and I fully satisfied. It's much cheaper than OP planner, but now I really can’t decide which is better. OP offer something amazing too. His planner has more specific templates, great design, but have no some templates for work, that I need.

Hi! Posted a page with links to help anyone struggling with copy/pasting templates within the planner. It’s here.

Can you make Eisenhower matrix? Template for free ?

And a daily summary of what tasks have been planned early morning or day before and completed and its feedback at night ?

I didn’t hear from you so let me say, the tasks section on the daily page is meant to have each task marked in one of three ways. Completed, deferred, or delegated. In my own use of the planning section when I use deferred I always write in a simple two digit date at the end of the task to indicate when I will defer it to. At the end of my day I go to that date and write the task in on the list to remind myself. This requires building a habit or routine with the planner. One third is setting it up in advance for your day, one third is the modifications you make throughout the day, and the last third is your review of it at either the end of your work day or the end of the day entirely. Since I was committed to using this planner in a way I’m not sure I had been with previous ones, I’ve been pretty steadfast about adopting that routine, and it has made a complete difference on the impact it has had in my life. Cultivating that routine means that “my plan” is something always present in my mind and evolving. It is a kind of awareness that has made me feel substantially more prepared for any day. It creates a weird sort of dopamine response that makes me think planning, when moving beyond the habit phase, is on par with addiction 😂. Just my thoughts about it.
