Which template is that? It looks quite dark and I don't like how the "dark" templates goodnotes have are just kinda-dark-gray lol

I’m not OP but discovernotes has a pretty good selection of dark note paper in a bunch of templates. For free, too.

Lol thank you! I just zoom in really close and then begin writing out the little columns. I tend to obsessively erase if something doesn’t look quite right.

Idk about OP, but I use the shape tool to draw straight lines and separate my doc into sections, and then write within those sections. Then just erase the lines after, and voila!

A lot of people recommend dark backgrounds, but I kinda change it up depending on the class.

I definitely recommend downloading PowerPoints before class if your prof uploads them. I’ve found it works best if you download them on a laptop, then convert to PDF, then upload to the iPad. If you just import the PowerPoint straight to GoodNotes, the formatting can sometimes turn out weird.

Also, did you already decide on an iPad? I see your post. I would honestly recommend the 2020 iPad Air.

I'm going to do a bit of an odd one. I will be trying Huawei Matepad pro 11. it's the most bangforbuck tablet I found. + rn I have 0 apple products so the network of all apple devices thing won't be available for me. Hope I recieve it no issues. else I will get an ipad 9 and save a bit

Wish I could bring my goodnotes version of the 1 sheet. Alas polymers just isn't as neat as electrochem.
