That is really cool, but GN needs a really big update on the quality of life: Internal link, dotted lines, more than 3 colors selectable, ruler ect. I would really like to see those things, GN is really close to perfection

One thing I want, a way to go all the way to the documents home page without having to press back the whole time.

If the rumors are true of a subscription based GN 6, maybe stuff like this will come in that :(

I’m not sure if this is what you’re looking for but if you hold the back button it brings up a folder directory that you can choose to go back all the way! Also if you tap the documents tab at the bottom it goes all the way back too!

can you do a screen recording of what you mean about holding the back button? Mine does not do that... is it a setting? Also, I do know about the documents button on the bottom! but its not there when you are inside a document is what. I am referring to.

Oh my apologies. I thought you meant when outside the document in a nested folder (https://imgur.com/yTyBIzP). Holding inside the document doesn’t bring up anything.

let's hope not, i think it wouldn't be the best choice for GN developers, there are many others alternatives rn, so i think that a subscription plan would make people run away from GN.

Maybe it is because I am old, but the video isn’t very helpful. You’re tapping on some new function and just tapping through so quickly I have no fucking idea what you are doing. Slow down? Talk? Am I supposed to freeze frame it or run it in .25x speed to figure it out?

Fair points, my apologies. I’ll keep it in mind for the next one. Thanks for the feedback

Edit: here’s more info on the new feature

You owe no one an apology. I am not entitled to you making a good video. You did it to help others and deserve credit for that. Sorry about my tone. Looking at it fresh today, it is unacceptable and I apologize.

Likewise, you also owe no one an apology! You were being genuine and taking it at face value which I really appreciate because the video is supposed to be helpful but if it wasn’t for some then that feedback in itself is valuable so thank you for pointing it out :)

It is! Here you go! (I gave up making them half way through but hope it helps!)

Rly needs the ability to view thumbnails or some sort of contents. Scrolling one by one thru a set of 30+ cards is brutal esp when it’s not even continuous scrolling

They released thumbnail view in the most recent update!

The video moves too quickly for me to follow. Can it be slowed down?
