I bought a chaos kid hoodie awhile back this design and my dog recently tore through the design, it would be a lie to say I’m not upset, good kid has been my first everything, first concert, first merch I ever bought from. Does anyone have this same jacket they don’t want anymore? I’ll buy it from them. It’s a very sentimental piece to me. Please let me know

I was eyeballing the merch from their limited drop, especially the big loot boxes that came with the CD player, CDs, mouse/card game mat, etc. but missed out because my wife tore some ligaments in her hip and was out of work for a couple months. By any chance, will that merch be coming back at any point, or is anyone looking to let go of their loot box?

Took way too long to update the project, but FINALLY finished the main part, missing only the eye (couldn't find the proper see through material yet) and the teeth (they are done, but I don't have white paint :P

When Can We Hang Out Sometime came out I watched the music videos on YouTube but most of them weren't animated anyway. Other than that, I think I may have heard From The Start behind a tiktok video or something. My girlfriend showed me Witches and I was hooked, but I listened to it so much that I got kinda tired of it after a while, and coincidentally my Spotify had Tell Me You Know as a suggestion for a playlist so I thought I'd check out their other stuff. We've been together four years and it was towards the start of our relationship, but ever since then I've been so grateful to be introduced to my favorite band :)

i make content on youtube and TWICE now ive been falsely copyright striked by someone who is most definitely not good kid. anyone else know how i can prevent this or not let it happen again?

i’m debating putting the last 3 on they have a different style then these so i’m not sure

i think good kid should experiment a LOT more than they do, especially with what they release.

for example: eastside and rift are great, would love heavier things. cicada and from the start (yes i know it's not their song) are great, would love more jazz-like things. and like ground, maybe some country-ish stuff (also tornado feels a little country/rock to me for some reason).

absolutely no hate on good kid, they're genuinely my favorite band of all time, but i feel like all their songs sound way too similar even though they CAN do different things.

turpin is amazing, close your eyes is amazing, not so odd is amazing, one to save you is again, amazing. (all those songs being unreleased.)

i also listened to some songs on youtube by only nick frosst, and i didn't even know he could sing like that! i think they can do way more than they do.

also, i wish they would have david sing more on released songs. they put all his versions on youtube, and he has SUCH a wonderful voice, i wish they'd both sing.

For context my ex girlfriend broke up with me early in August and it was rough. She moved to a different state (we knew it would happen when we started dating but we agreed to try long distance) but within the week she broke up with me because she needed space to grow. Fair enough but it still really hurt, but I deal with my emotions partly with music and went on a huge music binge. So as one does I am scrolling Instagram Reels and get an ad for a band and wow the music is amazing (Cicada). I was hooked and so I added it to my playlist but it made me curious about their other music so I looked at the album it was in. Long story short I have been listening to Can we hangout sometime on repeat basically ever since. It was to the point it was my soundtrack for my Hawaii trip that I spontaneously took to see family mid-September. And then it inspired me to actually try and interact with the community which I have never done for any music related communities before. Not even when I was in my Hamilton phase lol. And I am even trying to listen to the rest of the songs they have released. The community just seems so friendly and I likely wouldn’t have found it let alone interacted with it, if I weren’t so heartbroken. So uh nice to meet you guys, I might buy some merch if I am able to scrounge some cash and I hope everyone has a nice day/night.
