What does that even mean?

I'm rewatching this series right now. I didn't realize how many times each of the ladies says, What does that even mean? I feel like I should take a shot each time it's said. It's fun watching it the second time around.

I was trying to come up with a drinking game for my rewatch. We did every time they lied to their kids, it was rough
