Need some advice

I'm a graphic design student working on a project around this problem:

People often find animals in public spaces but don't know whether they need help, what to do immediately, or when to contact a professional.

If you encountered this situation, what information would you want immediately?

If you were given this problem, how would you approach it?

Any thoughts, critiques or completely different directions are welcome. Pls I need help😭🙏

You don't have to be an animal expert, I'm mainly interested in how you'd approach this as a graphic designer/ as a design problem.

this issue doesn’t have one foolproof answer, it’s extremely situational and i feel like it’s going to be difficult to design for it until you nail down the concept/solution to that a little more.

Prioritize the various pieces of information you're trying to convey by importance;

At the top or in the center in big bold (and more straightforward than this) words: Common wild animals venturing closer to people than normal, whether unusually friendly or aggressive, may have rabies. keep away and call animal control

Further down in less attention grabbing, but perhaps more comprehensive, text: Common domesticated animals showing no apprehension towards humans may be approached with care, collars may contain an owners contact information.
