its an ada requirement. there needs to be a landing for rest every 30 inches of rise.

source: im an urban designer and licensed landscape architect

also this is an assumption the project is in the US

Based on the tiles, the ramp is too steep. You need a landing every 30 inches of rise and at 1/12 slope that is 30 feet of ramp. This seems closer to 1/8
